Thats right folks! The Sackpad beta has officially begun. Check your email inboxes to see if you got picked, and if you did, head over to www.sackpad.com and start creating!
Please note: This IS a beta and there WILL be bugs, so save your levels regularly! Remember, we take no responsibility if you lose your level. Read the TOS for more information.
Thats right everybody. After a long week of signups, we’ve finally reached a point where we happy with the amount of users and have closed the signups. We’re at a whopping great 300 users! The Sackpad app is almost ready and we are aiming to start the beta around Christmas. We’ve just got a few more features to tidy up and we’ll be done. Emails will be sent out once we feel that we are ready and you will know if you got picked if you receive an email. So good luck and have a happy Christmas!
Just a quick blog post to let you all know that we do indeed use twitter. You can find us at: http://www.twitter.com/sackcast or @sackcast. We tweet some stuff that doesn’t get posted on the blog, so be sure to follow us if you want some inside-updates or some nice codes for our Downloader which we tweet randomly. We do give away codes in competitions but if you keep checking our twitter feed you may find some un-used ones.

Hi all Sack-Gadders. You all know about Sackpad and if you don’t read the blog post, this one. Signups are open at sackpad.com
The beta won’t be opened for a while, we still have 3 or so functions to add then while the beta is running we will add further objects and suggested tools.
Sackpad is basically a flash app that will help you design your levels for online create with easy drag and drop tools.
We allow you to upload your level to a server and you will be able to share it with your friends (load and save!)
We will update our flash app as new tools are released / asked for (and you will be notified when this happens)
We will provide music while you’re making your level sketch (thanks to Pemberton and Burgerman for their tracks )
We have a “creators lounge” where you can chat to fellow beta applicants while creating
So we are opening the beta trials so we can get some testing done without H4H’ers (and the like..) crashing our servers with junk.
You can sign up at sackpad.com and we will be picking applicants once we get our flash to beta level ( we have 3 things to finish off and then after that it will just be a case of adding content as the beta goes on).
